We read every message. Typical reply time is one or two business days; bug reports that include the page URL and a sample input get answered faster. You can include an optional reply-to email in the form if you'd like a response.
What to write about
- Bug reports. A calculator gave you a number that looks wrong, the page rendered oddly on your device, an export didn't work, a translation is broken — tell us. Include the URL, your browser, and a sample input if possible.
- Feature requests. A formula we don't yet implement, an option you'd like added, a language you'd like supported — pitch us.
- Accuracy disputes. If you believe we've implemented a readability formula incorrectly, send us the original source and the input that disagrees. We take this seriously and update when we're convinced.
- Privacy questions. Anything about what we store or how the site is hosted. See also our Privacy Policy.
- Partnerships / press. Writing about us, interviewing us, or proposing a non-spammy collaboration.
